Randall and Richards is currently searching for a high energy, goal driven inside sales professionals for our corporate location in Tucson, AZ. Along with a benefits and compensation program you would expect from an industry leader, Randall and Richards will provide you with comprehensive sales training. In this sales role, the focus will be to find, grow and manage the business by developing sales leads thorough cold calling, referrals, networking, etc, establishing new customers and working with existing customer base, and selling our services. Your organizational skills and quality focus will be used as you plan sales activities and follow strategic sales goals to take advantage of all sales opportunities in an environment that makes it easy to sell.











Qualifications and Requirements:








Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Successful, proven sales track record.

Experience in business to business sales.

Candidate must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word applications.

Strong Cold Calling, networking and business development skills.

Targeted earnings are as follows:


$50,000 + / First year


$80,000 + / Second year


$100,000 + / Third year
