AccentCare meets the urgent and growing need for in-home care and more effective care management that is being experienced by: 1) seniors; 2) family caregivers; 3) families who are geographically isolated from a loved one; 4) firms seeking to help their employees; and 5) healthcare providers endeavoring to deliver more effective long-term care.
AccentCare is positioned to be the provider of choice for caregiving services, both through its own employees and through affiliated providers, with all services coordinated and managed through a call center.
Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources to achieve sales volume and revenue goals. The Account Executive works very closely with the Care Center Team to identify market opportunities and develop and implement a local sales plan.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):
1. Territory Management
a. Identify and market new and existing accounts.
b. Monitor and report competitor activities.
c. Identify potential partner opportunities.
2. Responsible for
a) Generating referrals and growing revenue within assigned territory.
b) Communicating with the Area Director.
c) Performing all relevant field marketing activity.
3. Conducts position functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer satisfaction.
a) Forwards all relevant field information promptly to Care Center.
b) Follows-up in a timely manner to ensure referral source receives feedback on referred cases.
c) Documents all sales activity on a daily report.
d) Coordinates all field marketing activity promptly.
e) Supports recruiting and retention efforts in local markets.
4. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

· Account Management Experience - Required
· Service Sales Experience - Required
· Gerontology/Alzheimer's disease knowledge
· Home Health Services regulations

· Ability to interface with multiple Referral Sources

WORK ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS OF THE POSITION:

> Travel: Position requires significant business travel and valid Driver's License.
> Physical Demand: Moderate physical effort. For example, standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods, operating light office equipment, e.g., personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc., manually handling medium weight materials and/or equipment (0 to 10 pounds).
> Dexterity: Light dexterity, e.g. using data processing equipment, long periods of standing/sitting, etc.
> Mental Demand: Moderate to high degree of concentration due to volume, complexity, and/or "pressure" of work.
