Booking revenue, generating outbound invoices and reconciling accounts affected by these activities


Reviewing contracts and planning invoicing schedules


Ensuring all contracting an invoicing activities are accurately entered and reflected in our system


Managing the processing of expense items related to revenue, including royalty reporting and payments


Working with business and sales personnel on a variety of A/R, accounting and invoicing efforts



Accounts receivable experience is required, as is a background in invoicing. Software company work experience is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working with MS Office tools and A/R applications, preferably Onyx, CRM and ACCPAC. An Associates degree or higher will be needed.
