Accounting Specialist

Position Type: Temporary to Full Time

A Southwest Valley construction company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist/Coordinator. This individual will be assisting the accounting team by entering invoices into the company database. This position will also include answering phones, scheduling appointments with customers, entering service requests, and retrieving messages from company voicemail.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
Position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and basic knowledge of Excel. Basic job costing knowledge would be beneficial.
