A recent internal promotion has kicked off our search for a customer-focused professional to be the new Billing Coordinator in our Eau Claire office. This role offers flexible hours, a casual work environment, and the chance to gain skills and knowledge that could lead to a variety of advancement opportunities.





Key responsibilities include:



Maintaining customer accounts by utilizing a variety of programs to make payments or adjustments as needed


Assessing member accounts and identifying past-due amounts, deductions, credits, etc.


Answering inbound calls from customers, and assisting them with questions related to billing and invoices


Running reports and documenting all activities in our internal system



Candidates must have work experience in billing or another professional office setting. Customer service experience is also needed. General computer knowledge is preferred, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Cosmos, ARM and AS400 would be helpful, but these are not required.
