Job Description:


The Branch Administrator's primary objective is to provide the support necessary to accomplish the business plan of the branch. As a Branch Administrator, you will assist the Branch Manager in carrying out daily business functions, including coordinating all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, payroll; and invoicing and purchase orders. You will also assist with credit and collections, general office management and customer service problem resolution. You will be working with the company's district and regional service centers to assist with collections, as well as communicating the manager's initiatives throughout.





Requirements:


This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and PC proficiency in a variety of business software programs. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
