Branch Manager

As a result of our continued success, RHI is growing and seeking a focused and results-oriented Branch Manager to join our team.
The Branch Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is primarily responsible for providing sales leadership, motivation and direction to all branch employees. The Branch Manager is expected to incrementally grow branch revenue consistent with RHI targets, while providing quality customer service to both clients and candidates. Other responsibilities include, but are not be limited to, hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing sales and support staff; reviewing monthly sales activities for all direct reports; actively leading the marketing activities as an involved sales manager; creating and maintaining a productive sales culture; and facilitating cross-sell activities for all divisions.
Additionally, the Branch Manager will use his/her proven sales background to develop and grow their own client base by selling staffing services for projects and interim staffing solutions. This individual will make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying key staffing needs. He/she will be responsible for solidifying RHIs presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. The Branch Manager will recommend and provide staffing solutions to clients; meet with candidates to evaluate their abilities to support client efforts successfully; and prepare candidates for client meetings as necessary.
Requirements
We are searching for a results-oriented sales leader with self-confidence, perseverance, a high sense of urgency and a strong work ethic. The ideal Branch Manager must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills. The ability to define and discuss staffing requirements with key managers to senior-level executives in order to provide client solutions, is required. 5+ years sales/recruiting experience and a proven track record in account management and development, as well as management of sales professionals are required.
