Job Description

Under direction, provide Business and Planning support to Support Systems-Mesa programs to include integrating program plans, schedules, establishing and monitoring program WBS, budgets, actuals, earned value, EACs within the guidelines of the Boeing EVM (Earned Value Management) systems. Prepare charging instructions and financial recommendations to management. Support operating plan development and forecast updates. Perform financial analysis including all aspects of budget, cost and schedule performance, variance analysis, and actual reconciliation. Generate and interpret Estimate at Completions. Work closely with the IPTs, CAMs and Schedulers to assess program Risk & Opportunities. Support program operations through interpreting, and communicating work statement changes. Synthesize information based on experience and judgment to arrive at optimum solutions to problems. Interface with program management and functional organizations.

Proficient in Earned Value Management, Estimates at Completion, Variance Analysis, Cost & Schedule analysis. Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word. Hands on experience with CSPR, EAS preferred. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, adaptable to change and builds positive relationships within work group and with customers. Responds quickly to customer requests. Is able to work independently, and in a team environment. Candidate must be thorough and accurate, inclined to seek process improvements, and able to operate in a fast changing environment without extensive guidance.

Education

Bachelors degree and typically persons in this position would possess 3 to 5 years of applicable experience; or masters degree and 1 to 3 years experience.
