CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER








IT Convergence (ITC), a global provider of consulting, education, support and software development services, is searching for a Chief Financial Officer. ITC has grown 30% per year, has offices located in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Mexico City (Mexico) and Shanghai (China), and is continuing to expand its business. The selected individual will be responsible
for all worldwide finance, accounting, and tax operations.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is capable of providing the executive team with financial counsel on investment and expansion decisions. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to strategically leverage existing Oracle ERP applications suite.
This position will be ideally located in Madison, Wisconsin, but ITC will consider qualified candidates who apply to work at any of our US offices (San Francisco, Chicago, New York)but willing to relocate in Wisconsin. Limited travel is required including international trips to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Previous international experience is highly desired.
QUALIFICATIONS:


- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA or advanced degree preferred


- 8-10 years successful, progressive finance experience, preferably as a CFO working in the high-tech, IT, or software industries


- 4-5 years working in a management position


- Strong hands-on accounting experience, particularly with GL, AP, AR and payroll accountability


- Proficiency in financial modeling and financial analysis


- Knowledge of GAAP


- Integrity and a strong sense of professionalism


- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate financial results relative to the organization's operational results
