Job Description:
Employees negotiate with cardmember to arrange payments on delinquent accounts while maintaining the good will of cardmembers and protecting accounts receivable.

Shift availability required: Full Time days M-F 5:00am-3:30pm or evenings M-F 10:00Am-8:00pm. All shifts require weekend availability 5:00am-12:00pm. Additional 10% differential for evening shift.

SKILLS

Required:
Good negotiating and persuasive communication skills. Basic PC/computer skills and typing of 20 wpm.

Desired:
