We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual who is interested in building a long-term career with a rapidly growing real estate investment firm. The Corporate Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the strategic operations of corporate and satellite facilities to ensure that the operations, maintenance, and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective and efficient manner. Working in cooperation with senior-level management, the Corporate Operations Manager will be hands on, and will be responsible for overall operations, including project, property and construction management in accordance with approved guidelines and budget. This role will be responsible for being the main contact for subordinate staff to address operational issues.

To be considered, you will need to have a college degree in business administration, real estate, finance or related field; 7 to 10 years of experience in operations; computer literate; strong project management background; proven track record of delivering on large-scale projects; experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget; verifiable success as a results-oriented, multi-project manager. You must have a track record of maintaining high-quality standards for an organization; must have a highly developed understanding of key process issues; able to handle ambiguity, manage risk, and implement contingency plans to face uncertainty and adapt to change: ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and handle shifting priorities. You will need to have a basic understanding of real estate: strong understanding of accounting and reporting: excellent human relations skills to include effective communication both written and verbal: demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to multi-task; proactive and customer-focused: ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

This position pays 70000-80000 annually
