Seeking a Clerical Support Representative with basic accounting skills.

Clerical Support Representative




JOB DESCRIPTION:


This is a great opportunity to grow with a national company! The Clerical Support Representative will assist with AR posting, invoicing and GL reconciliations. Basic accounting and 10 key skills are a huge plus. Other duties as assigned by manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


High school diploma or equivalent

Must have excellent typing skills

Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers

A/R and General Ledger experience is helpful

Working knowledge of personal computers

Possess excellent organizational skills

Attention to detail

Reliability of task completion and follow-up

Must be willing to work some overtime

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook (email)and Excel
