Controller





- Will be responsible for the design, development and daily supervision of a financial department.


- Will be responsible for all accounting records, entries, as well as accuracy and quality of this information and its compliance with the law.


- Will be responsible for financial analysis. Candidate will be responsible for the generation and interpretation of all customary financial statements necessary to run a business. These financial statements will include Profit & Loss statements, Cash flow analysis, working capital reports and analysis, budget and monthly forecasts. Candidate will be expected to provide direction and recommendation from the financial point of view to the company's management and board.


- Will be responsible for the treasury function. Candidate will be expected to perform all customary cash management required to the daily run of the business. Candidate is expected to make suggestions and recommendation to management and board in regards to cash applications. Candidate will be responsible to generate the required cash projection.





Required Experience and Qualifications





- 3 years minimum on similar position or with similar level of responsibility


- Supervision experience


- Strong ERP skills


- BS Finance or Accounting


- CPA and/or advanced degree


- M & A experience


- JD Edwards experience
