Join the Extreme team now!1) Manage the finance organizations providing financial support to the manufacturing, customer advocacy, G&A and engineering organizations at Extreme.2) Partner with Extreme's Chief Operating Officer and executives in mfg, service, and engineering organizations to help meet the company's goals for revenue growth, expansion of the service business, new product introductions, and manufacturing costs. Provide executive level insights and advice on operations and strategy.3) Partner with Extreme's CFO and managers in the G&A organizations to help meet the company's forecasting goals. Includes facilitating the business plan and quarterly forecasting processes with the Sales and Marketing controller.4) Provide primary point of control and analysis for the company's cost accounting processes. 5) Ensure high integrity accounting, transparency of financial results, and repeatability of financial and business processes related to Extreme's Operations groups.6) Exhibit the highest level of teamwork within the Extreme finance organization. Responsibilities will include monitoring accounting policies, operational policies (for instance cost accounting and service booking policies) and supporting close processes. Contribute to the group success of supporting financial accounting, reporting and processes across the company. Will work very closely with corporate controller and other senior finance managers. Act as mentor to less experienced members of the financial organization7) Manage staff of 4+Process support includes:All cost accounting process in manufacturing and service.Product cost forecasting, including new product cost estimates. Overhead and expense forecasting and controls.Service revenue and P&L forecasting.Management reporting in Mfg, Service, Engineering.R&D spending forecasts and portfolio analysis .Cost of quality analysis.Vendor contract negotiations.

Requirements:

BS degree in accounting or financeMBA preferredCPA preferredAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to partner with, and provide sound financial advice, to operations functional VP's.
