Are you a creative leader who wants to make a difference in a billion-dollar company? REGAL-BELOIT Corporation (RBC) has an exciting new opening at its corporate office in Beloit, WI. The Corporate Payroll Manager will provide strategic direction for all RBC payroll systems and services including establishing and implementing policies and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This position will also eventually take responsibility for our international payrolls in Canada, Mexico, India, and China.


Requirements


Interested candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with payroll emphasis. They should have five or more years experience, and have a track record as a payroll professional. In addition to leading our efforts to automated payroll processing services, experience in Human Resource Information Systems and Oracle financial systems would be a real plus.
