Job Details:
Transfers carts to and from the vault, cage, change banks and poker room. Performs the daily Bill Validator drop process. Assists Soft Count with Bill Validator opening and soft count processes. Performs minor repairs and maintenance of count room equipment. Notifies Countroom Supervisor of malfunctioning equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
High school diploma preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Basic mechanical (repair) skills helpful. Prior coin room experience (casino or bank) is preferred. Must be able to work all shifts.
Must be able to maneuver in and around all count rooms. Must be able to push and pull carts and carry up to 75 lbs. of boxes filled with currency or chips. Must be able to stand for extended (6 to 7 hours) of time. Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as necessary, Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Hiring preference is given to qualified Ak-Chin Tribal Members and Tribal Members of recognized Arizona Tribes.
