CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CITI AUTO





Inbound call center environment. Handle high volume customer service phone calls and inquiries regarding auto loans. Maintain high quality customer service contact. Initiate associated paperwork. Manage interpersonal contacts. Perform other duties/activities as assigned and/or requested.

CITI IS LOCATED AT 9060 S RITA RD (I-10 AND RITA RD)

High school diploma or equivalent experience pref'd, but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to efficiently handle and solve multiple phone inquiries. Prior experience in financial industry and familiarity with finance terminology preferred. Spanish speaking skills a strong plus.
