Your ability to assertively communicate with appropriate personnel, including managers, to resolve regional concerns, problems, and business issues in a timely manner is critical to your success in the role.
Works independently and inter-dependently to make decisions regarding the resolution of regionalized issues.
Communicates systemic and risk-related situations to the Compliance Department and others as appropriate to maintain positive working relationships with our customers.
Analyzes problems, seeks solution and follows through to resolution while ensuring that root cause is shared with appropriate areas for proper correction of situation.
Provides general day-to-day support to assist new branches and representatives.

Requirements
Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Series 6 or 7 license required
Call Center/ Customer Service experience required.
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the Internet.
