Position Description:



This Finance Manager position has the following responsibilities:

* Assist monthly planning, forecasting and variance analysis for key revenue, expense and operating metrics for Cingular's operations in the Desert Southwest Market.
* Assist in the development of the local market three year strategic plans.
* Conduct analyses of operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, operating cost containment, etc.
* Support ad hoc Business Case requests from various departments.
* Position requires the ability to adapt to new requests daily.

Position Qualifications:



Skills/Qualifications:
* BA in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, financial reporting and/or public accounting.
* Self Starter with high-degree of logical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
* Strong MS Excel skills.
* Experience with TM1, Business Objects, MARS, Oracle, Compass, Vista, Everest, and/or Telegence is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
