Director Of Finance Up To $120,000

Position Type: Full Time

Excellent opportunity in the East Valley! Governmental contracting organization in the East Valley is seeking a Director of Finance. This position is responsible for various key functions such as proposal pricing, training of estimators and proposal managers, TINA (Truth in Negotiation Act) compliance, RFP review, maintaining cost estimating system description (including system surveillance), and cost volume support. Director will also review proposal inputs received from estimators for accuracy and quality. Will support the proposal negotiation process and ensure compliance with internal procedures, TINA, and other applicable government regulations. Director may provide leadership for other finance staff related to proposal process. Position will include other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements
Qualified candidate must have BS in accounting or finance plus at least 10 years in governmental or aerospace industry. Must have experience with bases of estimate, cost estimating, and TINA (Truth in Negotiation Act). Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to communicate proposal requirements and information efficiently and effectively within a matrix organization. Working knowledge of the Deltek Costpoint accounting system and ProPricer software are highly desired.
