Entry Level Accountant

Position Type: Temporary to Full Time

North West Valley Property Management company is looking for an experienced Entry Level Accountant/Administrative Assistant. Half the time this position will be responsible for general accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, bank reconciliation and phone work with the homeowners. The other half of the time they will be responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to routing incoming return mail, update TOPS with new homeowner address information, prepare monthly HOA financial file folders, file monthly payables and receivables, prepare delinquency letters data entry into an Excel spreadsheets and other clerical functions. Duties also include fielding telephone calls, filing, data entry and assisting with overflow work from other administrative assistants. Requirements
This position requires two plus years of general accounting experience preferably with property management background. Intermediate Word and Excel skills and strong communication skills.
