Entry Level Payroll Clerk

We are looking for an Entry Level Payroll Clerk to perform tasks related to the processing, auditing and reviewing payment of commissions and other earnings in compliance with company policy and wage and hour regulations. This person gathers payroll data for inclusion of mandatory state reporting and reports as requested by management.

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with a minimum of 1 year payroll and/or related experience in an accounting environment in a multi-state environment is preferred. Proficient computer skills including MS office, spreadsheet application and 10-key by touch is necessary. Attentions to detail, good organization and analytical abilities are required.
