Escrow Branch Manager

The Escrow Branch Manager shall be responsible for the effective operation of personnel, equipment and other resources necessary to perform the efficient escrow/closing functions. In addition, the Escrow Branch Manager shall, through actions and conduct, create a positive image of First American Title to co-workers, customers and others.QualificationsAbility to perform all tasks of the escrow assistants and escrow officers under her supervision. Effectively solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders and sellers and buyers. Supervise all aspects of branch activites, including, without limitation, all escrow procedures, accounting, and bookkeeping functions, marketing and branch maintenance. Ability to identify prospective employees and thereafter recruit and hire qualified escrow personnel. Coordinate training for all employees within the escrow office.

Must have at least five years or prior escrow experience.
