Fast-paced And Flexible Senior Accountant Wanted!!

Position Type: Temporary

Expanding, fast paced Commercial Real Estate Company would like a temporary Senior Accountant for a project of undetermined length. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following: weekly bank reconciliations of corporate cash accounts, progressing the accounts and merging results into monthly and annual cash projections; reviewing and approving corporate related transactions; preparing annual budgets; reviewing and reporting on projects "in the pipeline". Preparing monthly financial statements of non-operating/ development related entities. Reading organizational documents and ascertaining the relationships within the organization; flowcharting new entities. Requirements
The Senior Accountant must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years experience including the preparation and reporting of financial statements, and audit experience. CPA preferred. Additionally, the Senior Accountant must have strong working knowledge of Excel, ability to read corporate documents, detail oriented and able to see the big picture, and MUST be able to multi-task and have the flexibility to shift priorities and focus.
