Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth in the diagnostic imaging business through insightful analysis and partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer.Responsibilities include:* Partner with Chief Marketing Officer in leading key strategic planning processes, with particular focus on Growth Playbook * Develop tools and processes to ensure the allocation of resources towards growth opportunities, then drive execution & performance with product line program managers* Build the organization's capability to financially size, model and evaluate the risk & reward of business opportunities* Drive Marketing Return on Investment analysis - define and establish tools to prioritize, measure and report key performance indicators for major Marketing programs* Identify growth opportunities through customer segmentation reporting and analysis for sales, orders, and standard margin~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications
* BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and a minimum of four years of financial work experience; or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of eight years financial work experience* Strong skills in business intelligence tools (COGNOS, CoFe, GL Analyzer), Excel and Access* Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change* Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background* You must be willing to take a drug test* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States* You must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WI Desired
* Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP), Corporate Audit Staff, or graduate of other financial leadership programs* Commercial finance experience* Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma General
