Collateral Specialists Inc. is a nationwide provider of equipment and inventory inspection services. CSI services banks, manufacturers, leasing and other financial institutions. CSI performs floor plan audits for lenders at automobile, commercial transportation, construction and similar dealerships. For the leasing industry, CSI performs pre and post funding inspections of equipment under lease.





Floor plan audits are performed to insure that a dealer is in compliance with the financing arrangements they have with their lender. The auditor will walk a dealer's lot and physically verify items by serial number. Items not located would need to be reconciled with dealership personnel for their status (sold, etc). The auditor will be responsible for fully and accurately reporting the results of each inspection to our clients. Individual should have at least 1 year of experience in performing floor plan audits, preferably in the automotive industry. Attention to detail, professionalism and good communication skills are required. Individual will be considered as an Independent Contractor of Collateral Specialists.
