Required Knowledge & Experience: QUALIFICATIONS: Musts: The equivalent of an advanced degree with at least 12 years of industry-related experience and five or more years of management experience. Executive Committee approval is required for placement in this job. Desired: Prior Upper-management/Director experience. Prior experience within the semiconductor equipment industry. Job Specific Knowledge & Experience: Directs the activities of at least two functional areas at the product level. Functional areas may include manufacturing [and related engineering], quality, materials, and/or production.

Responsible for the planning and implementation of tactical strategies to achieve Operational goals for product-related functional areas.
