E*TRADE Securities LLC, is currently seeking full service brokers to join our Investment Specialist program across the country. The main focus of this position is to provide full service brokerage to our existing client base of 3,000,000 customers. Investment Specialists will offer investment advice and guidance by matching client needs with financial products, services and solutions to optimize portfolio allocation.

We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates, who have the leadership, drive and experience to make a significant contribution to this program.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with existing clients in building their portfolios by assessing their investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon and unique circumstances.
Cross sell products and services, ideally acquiring clients' additional!assets
Extensive product knowledge including Fixed Income Securities, Mutual Funds, Unit Investment Trusts, and Insurance products with a solid understanding of financial planning, portfolio management and asset allocation process.
Must maintain strong relationships with E*Trade Branches to assist with their client segments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience as a full service broker, with an emphasis on portfolio allocation and client acquisition
Series 7 & 63 Required
Highly developed customer service skills and excellent phone skills
Self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach desired
Bachelors degree preferred



Key Points:




Base salary of $30k plus commissions, based on grid payout.
Minimal prospecting, with abundance of existing client accounts to cultivate.
Financial Advisors work amongst a team of professionals. Client relationship is housed with the Relationship Manager.
