NEEDED: Strong Full Charge Bookkeeper For A Secure Company

Position Type: Temporary to Full Time

Specialized Financial Services firm is in need of a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will assist with processing bank reconciliations, posting to the general ledger, and verifying that all postings are correct and making adjustments as needed. The Full Charge Bookkeeper may also be preparing financials for all clients and assisting with payroll. Ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will have strong communication skills, as they will be working with clients via the phone, as well as solid organizational and technical skills. The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will have intermediate Quickbooks and Excel skills.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
3+ years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper through Financials
Intermediate Excel and Quickbooks
