Local manufacturing company is looking to replace their CFO as they have been promoted within this publicly held company. This position will be responsible for financial and operational management of numerous manufacturing companies including the United States, Canada and Mexico. The annual sales are in excess of $200,000 million. This individual must have experience with acquisitions, business development, strategic planning, supply chain management, accounting and management information systems. This position will also be involved with annual and strategic planning, process improvement/team leadership, working capital reduction and internal controls, which of course include, Sarbanes Oxley. Requirements
bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA mandatory, MBA also preferred. Must have experience in similar environment and company growth. Must have the education and progressive experience in order to be a leader within their corporate structure.
