Local manufacturing related firm is looking to add a new Controller to their team. This company has a dynamic sales team, they have recently brought in some big contracts and with the addition to the team, they are sure to be even more successful. This position does supervise the small para-professional staff. In addition, they will also be a strategic business partner for the President. Getting timely financial statements and having the ability to analyze the work in progress and be very hands on with the cost analysis. This is a growing company and the President and the sales team need the strength from the finance department to handle the recent growth and the anticipated growth. Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, 6+ years of progressive experience preferably within manufacturing industry. Must have supervisory experience. Must have the ability to partner with the President strategically and have the ability to be an outstanding business partner to the President.
