PAYROLL REPRESENTATIVE - LEVEL III

Job Information:
Primary Function: Performs tasks that establish and maintain employee records Description:
Performs full range of payroll processing activities
Data entry from multiple sources
Customer service to internal/external customers
Use of Word and Excel or Access
Research and communication in written and verbal forms
Standard processes using Infinium HR/Payroll software and ICC operations
Assists in general office duties as needed
Complies with established payroll standards and policies but may be assigned other projects under general direction Skills:
Minimum typing skills at 25 words per minute, 10-key at 8,000 to 10,000 KPH organizational skills are a must, preferred training in Excel and Word. Education Required: High school diploma, GED, or additional accounting training. Experience Required: One to two years of payroll experience is a must, experience in Payroll Taxes, Infinium, and Kronos or similar software.
