Payroll Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Representative will be primary contact for all customer inquires. CSR performs data entry of payroll information, provides excellent customer service support, resolves client issues using effective problem solving skills and assists customer with their questions relating to payroll, payroll taxes, reports, general ledger and other payroll matters. CSR will possess:

Payroll Experience Required
Excellent Quality Service Skills
Accounting and Bookeeping knowledge
Call Center Experience
Ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility to work in a team enviroment as well as individually
Internet experience required
Microsoft Office experience
