Payroll Supervisor

Position Type: Temporary

A local Birmingham company would like to add a Payroll Supervisor to its staff. The ideal person will have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Duties will include: supervising up to 5 payroll clerks, preparing accruals, reconciling sub ledger to the general ledger, ensuring compliance, establishing and implementing policies on such matters as garnishments and payroll advances. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A (CPP) Certified Payroll Professional is a plus. 5 or more years of experience is required. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years experience. CPP is a plus.
