Procurement Analyst, Process & Supply Base Mgmt 3

Job Description

Perform various duties to support the supplier management and procurement processes, including self governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, and supply-base management and optimization. Develop, manage, and report on compliance with supplier management and procurement policies and procedures, company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement improvements to processes. Maintain and enhance supplier performance rating systems. Develop and maintain performance reports on such areas as metrics. Implement initiatives to optimize the supplier base. Interface with other supplier management and procurement personnel, customers, suppliers, company legal advisors, and government agencies.

Competencies

Understand and work with supplier management and procurement processes, practices, procedures, and systems; company procedures; and government regulations and requirements. Adhere to requirements of self-governance and applicable audit processes. Generate and analyze performance reports and metrics. Administer company procurement card program activities. Major responsibility will focus on the Budget / EAC desk. Additional requirements include experience in budgets, EACs, and Mesa Site Systems (A691, PDS, AMAPS). Knowledge of supplier management and procurement systems, processes, and supply chain management.

Education

Prefer a bachelor's degree and 10 years experience in procurement or related fields and thoroughly developed skills within job requirements.
