Recruiter

i-Hire is a Staffing Process Outsourcing vendor. We provide full life-cycle in-sourced staffing to multinational organizations like Spansion, Apple Computer and Siebel, emerging growth companies, and to VC backed start-ups. We have been around since 1999, and have strengthened our organization during the dot gone and recent recession. We think long-term and are looking for a couple good Recruiters to join our team. We generally work on-site, and our Recruiters are supported by an i-Hire Staffing Coordinator and our off-shore research team. We focus our Recruiters on providing high-touch, highly engaged consulting to hiring managers, spending their time speaking with interested and qualified candidates, and generally adding value to the hiring process.








This position is in the financial industry, therefore we need someone who has experience recruiting for public accounting and finance positions.





Our best Recruiters share some common traits, and that is our criteria for hiring.





1. Previous successful recruiting in VERY high volume environments





2. A true self-driven personality





3. The ability and desire to learn and apply new techniques and processes





4. The ability and desire to work with a diverse team that includes off-shore resources





5. The ability and desire to mentor others





6. A four-year degree





7. Excellent communications skills
