Recruiting Manager

Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
1.This position will be responsible for all strategic, tactical, and administrative recruitment and staffing activity for the Mega Center.
2.Must implement and execute multiple recruitment strategies to achieve established hiring targets for the Mega Center.
3.This position will manage a recruiting staff and will be responsible for developing this team to achieve established goals.
4.This position will be responsible for appropriate screening and hiring of employees in compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
5.Must possess outstanding organizational and problem solving skills and have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks.
6.Must maintain excellent vendor relations.
7.Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required:
Position Qualifications:
1.Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience.
2.Minimum 8-10 years experience in Human Resources Management/Recruiting.
3.Computer literacy required.
4.SHRM Certification a plus.
