We are currently looking for experienced CPAs interested in joining our growing practice to serve corporate clients in a variety of project roles.
Ideal candidates should have:
*BA/BS degree required
*CPA is preferred
*A minimum of 10 years of professional experience
*Public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm
*Demonstrated extensive and recent hands on SEC reporting experience required
*Preparation of 10-Q and 10-K, MD&A and footnotes
