The Schwab Institutional Equity/Option Trading desk builds long term relationships with Schwab Institutional’s Investment Managers by providing a combination of world class service and superior executions. We service all aspects of each client's equity trading needs, providing a resource for institutions to leverage an intelligent, driven team of trading professionals.



Responsibilities:



The Equity Sales Manager is responsible for a team of trading professionals who differentiate themselves from other institutional trading desks by combining a passion for service with an ability to instill confidence in our executions. The Manager must motivate and inspire our team members to provide value added services to institutional clients, making proactive calls with news, order flow, and intelligent market color. He/she must drive revenue growth by instilling a sales approach that puts service and relationship building first. The Manager must be able and willing to learn the nuances of the RIA marketplace and represent our service model in front of employees, clients, and other departments. This individual will be required to explain how we fulfill our best execution obligations, and sell our execution capabilities. The Manager is also responsible for supervision, performance management, and maintaining service levels.



Qualifications:



Series 7, 9, 10, and 55 (preferred). Technological capability to navigate order management systems, market data systems, and trade posting systems. Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
