We are looking for your expertise to support the personal computer needs of end users while providing excellent customer service. Your outstanding technical knowledge will enable you to install, modify, monitor, test, and troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software, and provide technical assistance and training to system users. The successful candidate is proficient at setting up new workstations and laptops, as well as coordinating setup of user accounts. Demonstrate your superb problem solving and communication skills while developing collaborative internal relationships and providing timely and informative follow-up to users.

Your 1+ years of technical experience, including working with PCs, desktop software applications, and networking equipment and services will be your first steps to success at CG. These talents combined with your Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology will give you the tools necessary for this rewarding opportunity.
