Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for the "World's Most Admired Company" (Fortune Magazine) offering significant opportunities for growth and career advancement!The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing the analytics required to manage GE Healthcare's global portfolio of foreign exchange derivatives, cash and investments, loans and borrowings, and capital structure. Specifically, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for:- Foreign Exchange Support - Manage and generate reports that benchmark the effectiveness of the existing portfolio of F/X derivatives - Input new F/X trades and settle maturing derivatives as needed - Assist with the treasury-related aspects of derivative accounting and analysis, including hedge documentation and effectiveness testingOperational Support - Assist with the management and tracking of GE Healthcare's portfolio of loans, both internal to GE and with external parties; ensure that the GE Healthcare loan database is complete and up to date - Manage and generate reports on GE Healthcare's 900+ bank accounts located all over the world; work with P&L finance teams to manage requests to open, close, and modify bank accounts - Manage and generate reports on the capital structure of GE Healthcare businesses worldwide- Assist with the monitoring and reporting of contingent liabilities (guarantees and performance letters of credit)Controllership - Assist with the monthly and quarterly reporting of cash, loan, and investment accounts on GE Healthcare's balance sheet - Manage and generate the F/X translation and exposure analysis for the GE Healthcare Global Financial Planning & Analysis group- Identify Treasury process improvement opportunities and drive consistency and best practices across GE Healthcare businesses~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics, and a minimum of three years of finance experience; or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of five years financial work experience in analyzing & presenting financial data- Strong analytic skills: for example, able to assess the impact of shifts in foreign exchange rates on the effectiveness of a hedging strategy- Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within the treasury function - Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup and macros)- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States - You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including, for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background - You must be willing to take a drug test - You must be willing to work at our Waukesha, WI location Desired

- Previous treasury experience, including foreign exchange- Experience working in global business environment with a sound understanding of global process and transactional flows- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing - Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others - Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, build relationships with business leaders to achieve business objectives while driving treasury / GE Values- High energy and self-motivated, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Adaptable/flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations - Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP); Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other similar financial leadership program - MBA General
