RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Account Executive will be responsible for uncovering customer needs and formulating specific solutions to individual requirements. Individual and team monthly goals will be set and achieved through the selling of advertising publications. This is an outside sales opportunity with significant stepping stone for advancement You must have demonstrated business to business sales success for a minimum of 2 years. You must be able to articulate and build rapport well. The Account Executive is focused on selling to businesses of a small to medium size. Must have good follow-up, rapport building and listening skills, as you will be required to create future upsell opportunities. There is a base salary and car allowance. After commission targetd earnings 1st year 53k for Columbus and 63K for Cincinnati!

QUALIFICATIONS:


2-10 years in an outside sales environment

Documented Sales Success

Proven planning and problem solving skills
