We currenlty have an excellent opportunity for Field Marketing Managers to join our rapidly growing company.


Position


We are looking for Field Marketing Managers based in the following expanding territories:





Los Angeles, CA


Las Vegas, NV


Phoenix, AZ


Seattle, WA



This marketing professional will partner with their respective Regional Director of Operations to support local marketing initiatives for roughly 100 Panda Express fast casual restaurants. A proactive leadership style and a passion for Panda's food and concept are a must in this dynamic environment.






Key Responsibilities


- Create and execute plans to maximize sales and returns for initiatives in the region


- Train and support field operators in the execution of national promotions


- Develop, train and support field operations for new store openings


- Coach and provide materials for local store marketing activities


- Foster positive community relationships with civic leaders, local businesses and schools


- Lead sponsorship and event marketing programs to increase brand awareness and trial


- Plan, budget, manage and execute regional media activities


- Provide marketing leadership to the cross functional regional team

Technical Qualifications


- Bachelor's Degree


- 7-10 years of successful retail or restaurant field marketing experience


- 30-40% of the time to spent in the field with restaurant operators


- Los Angeles position is based in the Restaurant Support Center in Rosemead, CA (Los Angeles County)
