This position is responsible for the flawless execution of product set-up for 2 Websites, key reporting, and ongoing maintenance of product database and site issues logs. This position will also work in a supportive role with the Online Marketing Manager, Merchandising to optimize merchandise strategy for 2 brands.





Responsibilities Include:



Provide support to Online Marketing Manager, Merchandising by creating and analyzing a variety of reports related to sales, margins, presentation and inventory control. Make recommendations based on their analysis.


Act as liaison with central Buyer organization and other departments to ensure that products are receiving maximum exposure in all content/affiliate areas on both sites.


Perform data entry required to ensure timely and accurate set-up of all new products.


Maintain Issues logs to resolve all new postings, and work through existing issues that may be unresolved.


Execute merchandising of various site real estate, as assigned.


Product data maintenance and clean up to include reviewing assortments and attributes.


Create, maintain and distribute various key weekly and monthly reports.


Works collaboratively with Internet team to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of on-site search tool.


Assumes Q&A role for weekly online promotions and e-mail marketing campaigns.


Coordination and execution of special projects as assigned.


Associate's degree, or equivalent, from a two-year college or technical school; or minimum of one year related experience and/or training related to Marketing.
