Public Relations Account Executive - Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Experience Required

Location: Phoenix, AZ

If you are a Public Relations Account Executive with experience working in the Travel, Tourism and/or Hospitality industries then read on!

Our Top PR Firm is expanding the Phoenix Office. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing Public Relations, Events & Media Relations for our growing company.

Experience in the following areas is needed to apply:

* 5+ years experience in public relations, agency experience required
* Experience within the Travel, Tourism and/or Hospitality industries
* Media relations skills, including pitching to local and national media
* Event management experience from creation to wrap-up reports
* Experience as an Account Executive or similar role at a PR agency
* Demonstrable writing and editing skills for pitches, memos, letters, reports, and other documents
* Strong skills in media relations, including pitching and writing and excellent relationships with media
* The ability to produce at least three case histories or writing samples when applying

What you will be doing:

* Managing Promotions, Events & Media Relations for our clients
* Participate in the effective execution of tactics
* Provide counsel to clients
* Serve as primary liaison between clients and our agency
* Write and edit client and media materials including kit materials, plans, presentations, and reports
* Identify, recommend, and implement additional initiatives in line with clients? business goals
