Recruiting & Retention Specialist




Self Starters with strong communication and organizational skills will thrive in this position. The person in this leadership role will perform all aspects of recruiting and reporting for our part time Tempe sales staff. This high-energy position involves heavy volume recruiting duties, which include:





Writing and placing media and internet ads


Telephone screening


Interviewing candidates for part-time sales positions


Managing recruiting expenses


Creating and implementing employee recognition programs


Coordinating the recruiting efforts of your support staff


Building strong community relationships


Completing statistical reports

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication , organization, and analytical skills and be proficient in MS Office. A college degree and/or one or more years of related recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
