Position Summary:

Provide effective administrative support for Marketing Manager and District Sales Managers.
Provide general office support for School Division, Western Region employees and assist Western Region Management team with phone and mail communication.
Assist Marketing Manager, Consultant Manger and District Managers with business travel arrangements including booking flights, car rentals, and hotel. Booking travel, meeting spaces, and planning small events for full time employees

Facilitating requests for event speakers

Maintain and Coordinate per diem records, payments and reports.
Process/audit all Per Diem Invoices and submit to Boston office.
Manage Monthly Honorarium budget report for DM’s and Regional Manager.
Answer Per Diem inquiries regarding lost, misplaced, incorrect checks.
Communicate with per diem staff to ensure forms are being completed correctly and handle misunderstandings regarding submittal of forms. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a support capacity in a professional corporation. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).Ability to interact and communicate with others professionally. Attention to detail and great organizational skills are critical to this position. Proven ability to work and meet constant deadlines and to multitask is needed. BA/BS preferred.
