Consumer Web Program Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Our client, the world leader in online English language instruction and support is seeking a talented, results-oriented individual to drive multiple end user demand generation and retention programs, including email campaigns and internet search. This Manager will also partner with internal groups to identify and leverage existing relationship and infrastructure to reach ROI goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to develop a strategic plan and road map to drive qualified new customers to the website, as well as retain existing customers.
• Execute marketing and sales campaigns (new or existing) to exploit new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
• Create documentation that include business analysis, Market Requirement Documents, project timelines, internal procedures, external policies, budget, communication strategy, success metrics and program post mortem.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure program needs and objectives are met
• Collaborate with Country Marketing Managers to develop segmentation program strategies based on customer data and competition.
• Work with existing reports, and suggest improvement in reports, that allow for analysis of customer demand and retention programs.
• Manage, and when appropriate select, 3rd party vendors
• Timely communication of program results to Country Marketing Managers, Product Development, Customer Support and Management.

Requirements
• 3 plus years business experience, with 3+ year of experience in developing and executing consumer web marketing and sales programs
• Experience working in direct consumer internet sales and marketing
• Prefer experience working in the international market
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
