EDUSOFT Educational Technology- Associate Account Manager

Position Summary:



Associate Account Manager: Central Valley The Account Management team is responsible for ensuring that Edusoft continues to provide industry leading service and training support to school districts as they implement accountability programs through the Edusoft platform. We are looking for someone with exceptional software training skills, and who is familiar with best practices in delivering professional development in the education arena. Further, the successful candidate will also be: (a) detail oriented; (b) willing to be in the field on a regular basis; and (c) a great-team player; RESPONSIBILITIES: Train educators on the use of the Edusoft Platform through both in-person and to include travel to regional locations to conduct trainings —) and distance learning approaches such as WebEx Provide ongoing support and service to district personnel Work with the Regional Account Management teams to coordinate all logistical aspects of these trainings Work with the local Account Manager personnel to: (a) help coordinate logistical aspects of the accountability program; (b) provide ongoing technical support to the district; and (c) handle tasks required to successfully integrate the district into the Edusoft platform Work with other internal Edusoft support staff to ensure high quality service delivery to the district Work with internal Edusoft departments to ensure successful service delivery to districts Moderate chat rooms and product discussion forums to enable districts to learn from each other on best practice for implementing Edusoft as part of their assessment program Conduct research on the details of State Education requirements This is a year-to-year contract that comes with excellent benefits. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Prior teaching experience in the K-12 arena is a very strong plus • 3 years experience as a trainer/professional development specialist • Exceptional communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Exceptional computer application skills, with specific expertise in: (a) Word; (b) Excel; (c) PowerPoint. • Ability to be in the field 50-75% of the time Desired Qualifications (candidates must have at least some of the following): • Familiarity with the Educational arena and issues in Accountability • Familiarity with technology applications • • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM tool or similar CRM tools To be considered for the position please apply at www.hmco.com and search on Edufost or Riverside Publishing jobs in California.
