Educational Sales Consultant-Inland Empire

Position Summary:
Teachers/Former Teachers: Make an impact as an Educational Sales Consultant in public and private schools representing Houghton Mifflin's exciting line of educational materials in Southern CA's Inland Empire. This person will be responsible for formal and informal presentations of K-8 programs, staff development workshops and positive customer relationships. You will work closely with outside sales, teachers and superintendents as you enjoy an exciting, fast-paced, professional and challenging work environment. Requires 3-5 years K-8 teaching experience with a focus on math, reading and language arts. Exceptional communication skills and genuine interest in education - a must. Travel is required. This person must be a self-starter people person, detail oriented and very independent. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills are necessary as is facility with Word and Powerpoint.
